HAGERMAN JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 233

Conflicting Policies and Procedures

If any of the policies adopted by the Board of Trustees conflict with one another, the policy adopted, revised, or reviewed most recently shall be the policy in effect.

If any procedures promulgated by the Superintendent as described in Policy 1310 conflict with one another, the procedure that was promulgated, revised, or reviewed most recently shall be the procedure in effect.

If any policy and procedure conflict with one another, the policy shall override the procedure.
